What the Health was to me more of a compilation of reasons why whole food plant based eating is good for you and everyone.. . on a side note, dairy /eggs associated with more prostate cancer and plus breast milk from a female cow , sometimes pregnant cow has alot of natural female estrogens which raise breast cancer and prostate cancer risk from my understanding as well so that was a terrible idea growing up for me to drink 1 gallon of milk every 2-3 days. FEMALE COW ESTROGENS IN DAIRY PRODUCTS = MAN BOOBS BASICALLY. AND PROSTATE CANCER. DR DEAN ORNISH MD SHOWED YOU CAN REVERSE PROSTATE CANCER WITH PLANT BASED DIET
I can't really remember this one too much but it was eye opening seeing actually where all of our food is made and comes from.. i use to just jump in the gigantic chick fil a wrap around line without even thinking about where and how that chicken got to that sandwich.. but OHH THE PEANUT OIL IS SOOO HEALTHY RIGHT?
